Ingredients

  • Cook Vesiga 4-6 hours until tender, chop Vesiga into pieces

  • Sturgeon medallions

  • Cooked white rice (salt and fresh ground pepper to taste)

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • Sautéed mushrooms (salt and fresh ground pepper to taste)

  • Chopped onions and shallots

  • Puff pastry

Preparation

  1. Fold out pastry flat

  2. Layer with rice, chopped Vesiga, mushroom, dill, medallion of sturgeon

  3. Top with béchamel (Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste).

  4. Wrap puff pastry and seal open edges, egg wash

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until pastry is golden brown

  6. Slice and serve
